Pros and cons
Pros
- Entry price of £30 is the lowest figure among the brands compared here.
- Subscription orders come with a 25% discount, which lowers the cost of staying subscribed.
- The range stays tight at meal replacement, so a single shake line covers the whole offer.
- It is a registered company, THE GOOD PREP LIMITED, headquartered in the United Kingdom.
Cons
- Support runs on email and help centre only, with no phone or live chat listed, while Body Attack and Body & Fit list more ways to reach a team.
- It lists a single product type in meal replacement, where Protein Works, Body Attack and Body & Fit each list several.
- It sells in GB only, so delivery outside the UK is not covered.
- Entry of £30 buys one product line, so there is no second item to trial alongside it.
Who it suits
- GB buyers who want a single meal replacement shake rather than a mixed range
- People happy to order on subscription for the 25% discount
- Shoppers who email or read the email and help centre and are comfortable without phone support
Who should look elsewhere
- Buyers who want several product types in one brand, where Body Attack and Body & Fit list more
- Anyone outside GB who needs delivery in their own country
- People who want phone or live chat support, which the listed alternatives offer
Who runs it
The Good Prep trades as THE GOOD PREP LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom, and its headquarters sit in the same country. It was founded in 2017, which makes it a relatively young outfit next to the long-established names it is often compared with. Its listing names GB as its home market, and it sells only in the United Kingdom, so this is a single-market brand rather than a global one. Support runs on email and help centre, which keeps help to written channels: anyone who prefers to phone or chat will need to look elsewhere. That combination of a young registration date, a UK base and written support suits shoppers who read terms and are comfortable sorting out an order by email.

Frequently asked questions
What does The Good Prep cost to start?+
Entry is £30. That figure sets the starting point for the range, and the only product type listed is meal replacement, so there is one shake line to price against. Orders placed on subscription come with a 25% discount, which is where the lower ongoing figure sits.
Which countries does The Good Prep deliver to?+
It sells in the United Kingdom, and its headquarters are in the United Kingdom. That makes it a single-market brand, and buyers elsewhere in the world are not covered by this listing. The three alternatives on this page are compared on price and range, not on international reach.
What product types does The Good Prep sell?+
The listed range is meal replacement, which is one product type. Body Attack, Protein Works and Body & Fit each list several in their own ranges, so buyers wanting creatine, pre-workout or protein powders alongside a shake will find more choice there.
How do I contact The Good Prep?+
Support runs on email and help centre. That means written routes rather than a call, and there is no phone or live chat listed. Shoppers who want to talk a delivery through on the phone have a wider choice at the alternatives on this page.
Is there a subscription discount?+
Yes, subscription orders carry a 25% discount. That is the main way the price comes down after the entry figure of £30, and it suits buyers who already know the shake works for them rather than people still testing it.
Who is behind The Good Prep?+
The company is registered as THE GOOD PREP LIMITED and was founded in 2017. Its headquarters are in the United Kingdom. The registration detail and the founding date come from the UK company register, while the headquarters and market come from the brand's own terms.
How does The Good Prep compare with Body Attack on range?+
The Good Prep lists meal replacement, a single line. Body Attack's range in whey protein, plant protein and creatine includes protein powders, creatine, pre-workout, electrolytes, bars and mass gainers as well, so a buyer who wants a shake plus training products has more to work with there.
What support do the alternatives offer compared with The Good Prep?+
The Good Prep's support runs on email and help centre. Body Attack and Body & Fit are larger ranges rather than single-line brands, and buyers who want a wider product list alongside a shake will find that difference more useful than support breadth.
