Pros and cons
Pros
- Returns run for 30 days, placing Alphard Golf 8 out of 60 in the golf equipment return comparison.
- A repair service is available, so worn shafts and grips can be fixed rather than written off.
- Delivery is free once orders pass $198, which helps buyers putting together a full set.
- Support runs on email, phone and chat, so email, phone, chat, a help centre and a community are all available.
- The catalogue stays focused on golf, so product decisions sit with the maker.
Cons
- The lifetime warranty is a no, so long term cover is not part of the deal.
- Prices from $1,379 place the brand at 64 out of 67 on price from, which makes entry cost the weaker part of the offer.
- Orders ship to US only, so buyers elsewhere sit outside the delivery footprint and pay shipping unless an order clears $198.

Scored 8.6 / 10 by ThriveCue.
Who it suits
- Golfers in US who want every part of their kit from one specialist brand.
- Buyers who value 30 days returns and a repair service over the cheapest entry price.
- Shoppers comfortable with a catalogue limited to golf.
Who should look elsewhere
- Mizuno, if you want golf gear alongside activewear, racket sports, water sports and team sports.
- Academy, if you would rather browse golf next to camping, hiking, cycling, yoga and outdoor clothing.
- Manchester United, if golf is a side interest to team sports and activewear fashion.
Pricing
Alphard Golf sells as a brand rather than through a third party shop, and the catalogue opens at $1,379. That figure is the entry point for the range, and a full kit sits above it, so the figure matters most to buyers replacing a single item. Delivery is charged on orders below $198 and free once an order passes it. Readers weighing cost should read the club price and the shipping threshold together rather than the headline alone.
Where it sits among rivals
On price from, Alphard Golf places 64 out of 67, which sits in the higher part of the golf equipment field. On return days it places 8 out of 60, nearer the front of that same comparison. Buyers therefore trade a high entry price for among the more generous return windows, and the two placements together describe the bargain clearly.
What it does well
Returns are accepted for 30 days, which gives buyers room to get on a course with the clubs before deciding. A repair service is available, so worn shafts and grips can be dealt with rather than replaced outright. The lifetime warranty is a no, so the repair route is the practical answer for faults that appear after the return window closes.
Who runs it
Alphard Golf is operated by Alphard Golf USA, headquartered in the United States. Buyers are served through email, phone and chat, which covers email, phone, chat, a self service help centre and a community. That spread of channels suits a specialist catalogue, where questions on club orders, delivery and returns all land with the same team.

Frequently asked questions
How much do Alphard Golf clubs cost?+
Prices start at $1,379 for the cheapest item in the catalogue. Delivery is free on orders above $198 and charged below that, so a larger set can carry shipping on top of the club price. Alphard Golf sells as a brand, so the price comes from the maker rather than a retailer.
How long do I have to return a set?+
Returns run for 30 days from the order, giving time to play a few rounds with the clubs before deciding. That window places Alphard Golf 8 out of 60 in the golf equipment return comparison, so the allowance sits in the higher part of that ranking.
Does Alphard Golf include a lifetime warranty?+
The lifetime warranty is a no, so Alphard Golf does not promise cover for the life of a club. A fault appearing later in ownership sits outside that promise. What is offered instead is a repair service, which fixes gear rather than replacing it, so it is the route to plan for after the return window.
Which countries does Alphard Golf ship to?+
Orders ship to US only, and the business is based in the United States. Buyers living outside that market are outside the delivery footprint, so shipping cost applies unless an order passes $198. Anyone abroad should confirm delivery to their address before ordering a full set.
How can I contact Alphard Golf about an order?+
Support runs on email, phone and chat, covering email, phone, chat, a self service help centre and a community. Both live and written help are therefore available, so a club question or an order query can go to whichever channel suits you. No channel is limited to a single type of enquiry.
Does Alphard Golf sell anything other than golf gear?+
The range covers golf only. Compare Mizuno, which lists activewear, golf and racket sports, or Academy with camping, hiking and outdoor clothing, where golf sits among many other sports. Buyers wanting club-free kit such as activewear or team sports will need to shop with another retailer as well.
Is Alphard Golf a brand or a retailer?+
Alphard Golf is a brand rather than a multi brand shop. Its legal entity is Alphard Golf USA, based in the United States, so pricing and product decisions sit with the maker. Golfers comparing routes to market can weigh that direct line against a retailer such as Academy or Mizuno.
What happens if a club needs fixing after the return window?+
A repair service is available, so damaged or worn gear can be sent for fixing. The lifetime warranty is a no, so repair rather than a warranty claim is the realistic answer once the 30 days return window closes. Buyers who expect long term free cover should weigh that difference before buying.
