What is Insurance accepted?

In short

Insurance accepted means the provider takes payment from a health insurance plan, so part of the cost is covered rather than all of it.

Insurance accepted means the provider takes payment from a health insurance plan for the care or product, rather than leaving the whole cost to you. It can cut what you pay out of pocket and make ongoing treatment easier to plan for. The providers here split on this. Alto Pharmacy and BetterHelp accept insurance, so part of the cost can be claimed back through your plan. Alloy, arsynl and BiltRx do not accept it, which means you cover the full amount yourself.
