What is Health sensors?
In short
The body measurements a device can track, from heart rate and sleep to blood oxygen and GPS.
Health sensors are the parts inside a device that read your body or surroundings, and the more it tracks the more health questions it can answer. Common readings include heart rate, blood oxygen, heart rate variability, skin temperature and sleep stages, while sports models add GPS. Circular covers the broadest set here with heart rate, spo2 and ecg. More sensors do not automatically mean better guidance, so match the list to what you actually track and how often you want the readings taken.
