Our verdict
Manchester United suits supporters who want club kit, training wear and golf all from one brand store, with prices from £40 in the UK. The range is narrower than rivals, so shoppers who also need racket or water sports kit should look at Academy or Mizuno.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Manchester United gear cost at entry?+
The lowest listed price is £40 on the UK store, so you can buy a single piece before committing to a full kit. Matchday, training and golf items all sit in the same catalogue, quoted in pounds sterling. Larger sets of shirts, shorts and layers will sit above that figure.
What can I buy on the Manchester United store?+
The range covers team sports, activewear and golf, which puts matchday and training kit next to golf pieces. That means a playing kit and a training top can be ordered in the same place rather than across separate shops, and the store also carries outerwear and accessories around the core football lines.
How do I get help with an order?+
Support runs through a help centre, email and phone, listed under help centre, email and phone. You can raise a question by phone when a size or delivery date is unclear, or send it by email and read the answer in the help centre. Chat and community are not part of the listed channels.
How long do I have to send something back?+
Return windows differ by category. The golf equipment ranking shows a typical window of 30 days, and activewear brands sit at 30 days, with some shorter at either end. Check the terms on the individual piece, particularly for worn items.
Am I buying from a brand or a general sports retailer?+
You buy from the brand itself, per brand, so the catalogue is the club's own range rather than a general sports mix. Order questions run through help centre, email and phone, and the entry price of £40 applies to pieces bought direct from the club store.
Does the gear come with a lifetime warranty?+
Do not count on one from the category. In the golf equipment ranking 100% of brands carry no lifetime warranty, and in activewear that share is 79.3%. A repair service is more widespread at 80% of golf brands, so ask about repairs for the piece you want.
What are the alternatives if I want more than football and golf?+
Academy is the broadest of the three: camping, hiking and outdoor clothing covers camping, hiking, cycling, racket sports, yoga and water sports alongside football and golf. Mizuno's activewear, golf and racket sports adds racket sports and water sports, and PUMA's activewear, golf and team sports adds yoga. The trade-off is the club connection.
Who is this store right for?+
It suits supporters who want matchday kit, training wear and golf in one place, and who would rather ask a question by email or phone than rely on chat, which is not listed under help centre, email and phone. The listed price of £40 applies to the UK store. If your sport is not football or golf, a broader catalogue fits better.
